THE HEAD COACH OR MANAGER NAMED ON THE USSSA ROSTER/TEAM USSSA PAGE, ONLY, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THE TEAM, INCLUDING ROSTER, PRINTED ROSTER FOR CHECK-IN, PLAYER ELIGIBILITY AND NAMES ON THE ON THE ROSTER AS REQUIRED BY RULE, PROTESTS, UMPIRE DISCUSSIONS, GUARDIAN APPROVALS, ASSISTANT COACHES BACKGROUND CHECKS BEING ONLINE AND COMPLETE IN ORDER FOR THAT COACH TO PARTICIPATE AS A COACH, COACHES, PLAYERS AND PARENT OR TEAM FAN BEHAVIOUR.

ORIGINAL LETTER FROM THE MOST CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR (2022-2023) SIGNED BY SCHOOL DISTRICT, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR, ON OFFICIAL SCHOOL LETTERHEAD STATING WHICH GRADE THE PLAYER IS IN, THE PLAYER’S AGE, THE PLAYER’S DATE OF BIRTH.

THIS ORIGINAL LETTER MUST BE ORIGINALLY SIGNED AND MAY NOT BE A COPY

FAILURE TO PROVIDE THESE ITEMS WILL BE CAUSE NOT TO ALLOW THE PLAYER ENTRY TO AND PARTICIPATION IN ANY USSSA EVENT IN NEW MEXICO OR TEXAS WEST
 
ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK- IN PRIOR TO FIRST GAME IN WHICH THEY PARTICIPATE. ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK IN AT THE SITE OF THEIR FIRST GAME WHICH IS THE SITE TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING AT CHECK-IN:TEAM ROSTER SIGNED BY COACH AND PLAYERS;COPIES OF ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES OR CERTIFIED COPY FOR EACH PLAYER PARTICIPATING IN TOURNAMENT;OPPORTUNITY FOR EACH PLAYER TO SPEAK WITH TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS PRIOR TO TEAM'S FIRST GAME


PLEASE ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST GAME. ROSTERS MUST BE FINALIZED AND ONLINE BY ONE HOUR PRIOR TO FIRST GAME OF CURRENT TOURNAMENT. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN COPY OF YOUR ONLINE ROSTER TO THE EVENT CHECK-IN.

A COACH AND/OR PLAYER EJECTION IS FOR REMAINDER OF GAME AND THE FOLLOWING GAME. FAN EJECTION IS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE TOURNAMENT, NO GATE ADMISSION REFUND. THE RULE IS “GO TO THE PARKING LOT” i.e. "OUT OF SIGHT AND SOUND"

COACHES UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR GAME PLEASE SHAKE HANDS WITH YOUR OPPONENTS; CLEAN, PICK UP TRASH AND VACATE YOUR DUGOUT TO ALLOW FOR NEXT GAME TO START. YOUR TEAM MEETINGS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED OFF THE FIELD.

COACH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE GAME SCORE AND PITCHING OF THAT GAME AND SIGNATURE OR INITIALS ON THE CARD BY COACH OR ASSISTANT COACH MEANS THE SCORE IS CORRECT AND IS FINAL.  WE WILL NOT CHANGE THE SCORE OR ADJUST THE SCORE REPORTED AND SIGNED BY THE TEAMS COACH OR ASSISTANT ONCE THE BRACKETS HAVE BEEN RELEASED.



WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME AND HIGHLY AND URGENTLY SUGGEST ARRIVE AND BE PREPARED TO PLAY UP TO ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR POSTED GAME TIME, AS UMPIRES WILL START GAMES EARLY, ESPECIALLY AFTER RUN RULE OR FORFEITED GAMES.

WE ASK THAT YOU BE PROMPT AND EARLY TO YOUR POSTED GAME SITE.

ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED YOUR GAME PLEASE PICKUP YOUR TRASH IN THE DUGOUT AND LEAVE THE FIELD SO THAT THE NEXT GAME MAY PROCEED.

THE UMPIRES CARD WILL DICTATE ALL PITCHING AND GAME TIME START.
AFTER THE GAME HAS ENDED A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH WILL SIGN THE CARD AND APPROVE THE PITCHING AS WRITTEN BY THE UMPIRES. SIGNATURE ON THE CARD WILL BE PRIMA FACTO EVIDENCE OF THE SCORE, PLAYERS HAVING PITCHED, INNINGS PITCHED AND OUTS.  IT CAN ONLY BE CHANGED BY AGREEMENT OF THE HEAD COACHES OF THE TEAM CONTESTING THE INFORMATION AT THE SITE OF THE GAME.  CHECK YOUR CARDS BEFORE YOU SIGN.

WE DO NOT USE GAME CHANGER AND DO NOT ACCEPT IT AS THE START OR FINISH TIME.  THE UMPIRES ON THE FIELD ARE THE ONLY AND OFFICIAL CLOCK AND TIME KEEPERS.

ONCE BRACKETS ARE RELEASED, THAT IS THE PLACING FOR ELIMINATION.

THE TEAM COACH OR ASSISTANT IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VERIFICATION OF THE SCORE AND PITCHING.

ONLY THREE (3) COACHES ARE ALLOWED IN THE DUGOUT AND OR ON THE FIELD PER TEAM PER GAME.

RUN RULES 20 AFTER 1 INNING; 15 AFTER 2 INNINGS; 10 AFTER 3 INNINGS; 8 AFTER 4 INNINGS AND THEREAFTER TIES ARE ALLOWED IN POOL PLAY ONLY

COACHES WILL BE PROVIDED A COPY OF TOURNAMENT BRACKET, AND ASKED TO FILL OUT COACHES FORM FOR PHONE CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION PURPOSES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEY ARE WELL VERSED IN TOURNAMENT RULES TO BE FOLLOWED - - PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR PERSONAL COPY OF RULES FROM OUR WEB SITE
IN ELIMINATION GAME THE TIE BREAKER RULE IS APPLICABLE, LAST OUT OF PRIOR INNING STARTS ON SECOND BASE (TAKES EFFECT WHEN TIME EXPIRES OR COMPLETION OF REGULATION GAME INNINGS).   THERE CAN BE TIES IN POOL PLAY.

THE OFFICIAL CLOCK BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE UMPIRE COACHES PRE GAME MEETING HAS ENDED AND WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE UMPIRE.   PLEASE HAVE YOUR PITCHERS AND CATCHERS  READY.


WE DO NOT USE GAME CHANGER AND DO NOT ACCEPT IT AS THE START OR FINISH TIME.  THE UMPIRES ON THE FIELD ARE THE ONLY AND OFFICIAL CLOCK AND TIME KEEPERS.​

teams may start a game with 7 players but the 8th and 9th position are outs, if a team protests then the appropriate USSSA RULE OF 8 PLAYERS TO START WILL APPLY.

6U,7U, 8U ---30 MINUTES - - 6 INNINGS OR LESS TO ACCOMODATE WEATHER

13-16U----60 MINUTES - - 7 INNINGS OR LESS TO ACCOMODATE WEATHER

THIS MAY NOT BE THE ONLY LIMITATION PLACED BY THE STATE DIRECTOR.

REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN ONCE AN EVENT BRACKET IS POSTED AND PUBLISHED.

FOR A 3 GAME GUARANTEED EVENT:

IN THE EVENT OF A RAIN OUT OR INCLEMENT WEATHER SITUATION THERE WILL BE A $75 FEE THAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.  REFUNDS WILL BE DETERMINED BY NUMBER OF GAMES PLAYED AS FOLLOWS:  IF ONE GAME IS PLAYED REFUND WILL BE DETERMINED BY FIRST DEDUCTING $75 FROM FEE THEN A REFUND OF 50% OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT; IF TWO GAMES ARE PLAYED FIRST DEDUCTING $75 THEN A REFUND WILL BE 20% OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF 3 GAMES ARE PLAYED.


FOR A 4 GAME OR MORE GUARANTEED EVENT

IF THREE GAMES ARE PLAYED FIRST DEDUCTING $75 THEN A REFUND WILL BE 15% OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT.  IF 4 GAMES ARE PLAYED THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF 4 GAMES ARE PLAYED, EVEN IF THE EVENT IS NOT COMPLETED.


THE POSTED TIMES AND FIELDS AT THE SITE ARE CONTROLLING. BE PREPARED TO PLAY 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED GAME TIME, IN CASE OF FORFEITS OR GAMES STOPPED BY RUN RULE OR POTENTIAL WEATHER ISSUES.

THE OFFICIAL CLOCK BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE UMPIRE COACHES PRE GAME MEETING

HAS ENDED AND WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE UMPIRE.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL COMBINE AGE AND OR CLASS GROUPS WHEN NECESSARY DUE TO LACK OF ATTENDANCE OR SO AS NOT TO TURN AWAY TEAMS, FOR EXAMPLE 7 AND 8, 9 AND 10 OR 11 AND 12 OR 13 AND 14 OR 14 AND HS OR AA WITH OPEN OR OPEN WITH AA OR MAJORS AND AAA.    ELIMINATION CAN BE BROKEN INTO FLIGHTS WITH 6 OR MORE TEAM AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR.   ALL FLIGHTS RECEIVE THE SAME NUMBER OF AWARDS WHETHER HIGHEST FLIGHT OR LOWEST AND ALSO THE SAME AMOUNT OF POINTS.  IF A TEAM DROPS AFTER SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN DRAWN AND RELEASED, THE DROPPED TEAMS SPOT WILL BE PLAYED BETWEEN THE OPPONENTS OF THE DROPPING TEAM OR IF A REPLACEMENT TEAM IS ADDED THEN THE REPLACEMENT TEAM IS ADDED INTO THE DROPPING TEAMS SPOT AND PLAYS THAT SCHEDULE.


METAL CLEATS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY OF THE PORTABLE MOUNDS AND ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN PLAY IN 13 OR 14 DIVISION AT ASCARATE.
THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PLAY AT 13 OR 14 DIVISION AT VETERANS

THERE ARE NO PUMPKIN SEEDS AND/OR SUNFLOWER SEEDS ALLOWED AT THE SPORTSPARK, CAPISTRANO, EL WILLIAMS, JIMMY AND MEMO, DELTA CENTER.

13U TOURNAMENT DIVISION MAY USE DROP -8, -5, -3, BBCOR OR WOOD BATS AND ANY IMPROPER OR ILLEGAL BATS WILL BE HANDLED BY USSSA RULE AND MAY RESULT IN EJECTION.

14U TOURNAMENT DIVISION MAY ONLY USE DROP -5, -3, BBCOR OR WOOD BATS AND ANY IMPROPER OR ILLEGAL BATS WILL BE HANDLED BY USSSA RULE AND MAY RESULT IN EJECTION.

IN DESIGNATED AREAS OF TOURNAMENT PLAY, SUPER NITS, 13UOPEN AND 14U MAY NOT USE ANY DROP LESS THEN -5 OR -3.

DROP -13, -12, -11, -10, -9 AND DROP -8 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN 14U EL PASO, LAS CRUCES, CARLSBAD, SILVER CITY, RUIDOSO, ALAMOGORDO, MIDLAND, ODESSA, LUBBOCK, AMARILLO, SAN ANGELO, PECOS TOURNAMENT PLAY.  PENALTY IS REMOVAL OF THE BAT FROM PLAY.

13UAA MAY USE -8, AS THE LOWEST DROP ALLOWABLE, IN REGULAR EVENTS, UNTIL 12/31/2021 OR UNTIL OR IF OR WHEN REDETERMINATION BY USSSA IS MADE AT WHICH TIME WE WILL RE-EVALUATE OUR POSITION.

13U MAJORS MUST USE -5 AS THE LOWEST DROP ALLOWABLE, IN REGULAR EVENTS PER USSSA 2024 SEASON RULES.

IN NON-SUPER NITS IF 13U AND 14U MIX, 14U MAY NOT USE BATS OTHER THAN -3 AND -5, WHILE 13U PLAY MAY USE -3, -5, -8 BUT NO OTHER DROPS ABOVE -8.  PENALTY IS REMOVAL OF THE BAT FROM PLAY.

IN DESIGNATED AREAS OF TOURNAMENT PLAY, 12U MAY NOT USE ANY DROP LESS THEN -10, -8, -5 OR -3.  DROP -13, -12, -11 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN 12U IN EL PASO, LAS CRUCES, CARLSBAD, SILVER CITY, RUIDOSO, ALAMOGORDO TOURNAMENT PLAY.  PENALTY IS REMOVAL OF THE BAT FROM PLAY.

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A NON-REPEATING NUMBER ON THEIR JERSEY OR SHIRT

ALL TOURNAMENTS PLAYED IN NM AND TEXAS WILL FOLLOW “TEXAS SAFETY RULES” IN AGES 9, 10, 11, 12: THIS RULE ONLY APPLIES WHEN THERE IS A RUNNER AT THIRD BASE.

IF THE PLAYER BATTER SHOWS BUNT AND THE PLAYER RUNNER ON THIRD BREAKS OR SHOWS AN INTENT TO BREAK,

WHEN THIS OCCURS, THE BATTER MUST EITHER

1) LET THE PITCH TRAVEL TO THE CATCHER WITHOUT SWINGING   OR  

2) MAKE A MOVEMENT CONSISTENT WITH BUNTING THE BALL.

IF THE BATTER MAKES A MOVEMENT INTERPRETED AS SWINGING OR BUNT/SLASH AT THE PITCH, THE BATTER IS AUTOMATICALLY OUT. FURTHER MORE THE PITCH WILL BE RULED A “DEAD BALL” WITH THE RUNNER RETURNING TO THIRD BASE AND THE THIRD BASE COACH WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE GAME.
 
EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE OCCURS ONLY WHEN THERE ARE TWO OUTS AND THE BATTER COUNT IS FULL (3-2): IN THIS CASE RUNNER AT THIRD MUST PROCEED TO HOME PLATE CLEARLY IN FOUL TERRITORY.

MAJORS PLAYERS MAY PLAY IN AAA BUT WILL CAUSE A REVIEW OF THE AAA TEAM AND THAT TEAM MAY BE RECLASSIFIED TO MAJORS.   MAJORS PLAYERS MAY NOT PLAY IN AA OR ON AA TEAMS FOR AA SPECIFIC TOURNAMENT PLAY AND ANY VIOLATION WILL CAUSE AUTOMATIC RECLASSIFICATION OF THE AA TEAM TO AAA OR MAJORS DEPENDENT ON THE STATE DIRECTOR DECISION OR REMOVAL OF THE OFFENDING PLAYER FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENT.  A MAJORS PLAYER SHOULD NOT PLAY DOWN IN AGE IN ANY OTHER DIVISION CLASSIFICATION EXCEPT MAJORS AND MAY NOT PLAY AA IN A HIGHER OR LOWER AGE EVEN IF THAT PLAYER IS THE HIGHER OR LOWER AGE ELIGIBLE EVENT.

UP TO 3 AAA PLAYERS MAY PLAY IN AA BUT WILL CAUSE A REVIEW OF THE AA TEAM AND THAT TEAM MAY BE RECLASSIFIED TO AAA.  AAA TEAMS MAY NOT PLAY IN AA FOR AA SPECIFIC TOURNAMENT PLAY AND ANY VIOLATION WILL CAUSE AUTOMATIC RECLASSIFICATION OF THE AA TEAM TO AAA OR MAJORS DEPENDENT ON THE STATE DIRECTOR DECISION OR REMOVAL OF THE OFFENDING PLAYER(S) FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENT.

COACH PITCH
1. WARNINGS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THROWN BATS AND AT THE ABSOLUTE JUDGEMENT AND DISCRETION OF THE UMPIRE A PLAYER MAY BE CALLED OUT FOR THROWING A BAT AFTER A FIRST WARNING HAS BEEN MADE.
2.  ONCE TIME IS CALLED, BASED ON ALL RUNNERS THAT HAVE EITHER STOPPED RUNNING OR RETURNED TO BASE.  BASERUNNERS WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE LAST BASE OCCUPIED AND THE STOPPAGE OF PLAY OR RUNNERS SHALL BE AT THE ABSOLUTE JUDGEMENT AND DISCRETION OF THE UMPIRE. RUNNERS MAY LEAVE BASE AT THEIR OWN DETRIMENT.
3. 55 MINUTE TIME LIMIT ON THE CLOCK MAINTAINED BY THE UMPIRE WITH THE INNING BEING COMPLETED ONLY IF THE HOME TEAM IS LOSING OR THE GAME IS TIED.
4. THE OFFICIAL CLOCK BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE UMPIRE COACHES PRE GAME MEETING HAS ENDED AND WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE UMPIRE.
5. THE PITCHING COACH MAY NOT COMMUNICATE IN ANY WAY, VERBALLY, BY MOTIONS, OR SILENT CODE, WITH ANY OFFENSIVE PLAYER OR COACH AT ANY TIME WHILE HIS TEAM IS ON OFFENSE.
6. PITCHES MUST BE THROWN AT 32-40 MPH OR ON A ROPE WITH NO UPWARD LOOP OR LOB. PITCHES MUST BE FLAT OR ON A DOWNWARD TRAJECTORY AT THE ABSOLUTE JUDGEMENT AND DISCRETION OF THE UMPIRE
7.  YOU MUST HIT ENTIRE LINEUP IN COACH PITCH.
8.  YOU MUST PLAY WITH 10 FIELDERS.  
9.  YOU MAY START WITH 8 PLAYERS BUT THAT 9 AND 10 SPOT WILL BE OUTS UNTIL AND WHEN A ROSTER TEAM PLAYER SHOWS UP AND AT THE POINT MAY BE INSERTED AT THE 9TH AND 10TH SPOTS.
10. THE FIELD FLIPS AT 7 RUNS.  THERE IS NO CONTINUATION RULE UNLESS THE LAST BATTER OF THE INNING CLEARLY HITS THE BALL OVER THE OUTFIELD FENCE AND DECLARED A HOMERUN BY THE UMPIRE.
11.  EACH PLAYER IS ALLOWED SIX PITCHES ONLY SO IF THE SIXTH PITCH IS FOULED OFF THE BATTERS TURN AT BAT ENDS IN AN OUT.

12.  TAG UPS ARE ALLOWED ON FLY BALLS TO THE OUTFIELD THAT ARE CAUGHT BY THE OUTFIELDER. THE RUNNER MUST TAG UP AFTER THE CATCH IN ORDER TO ATTEMPT TO ADVANCE.

6uTBALL and or 7uTBALL (WHERE APPLICABLE SEE COACH PITCH RULES 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10)
1. BATS THROWN COMPLETELY OUT OF CIRCLE WILL BE DECLARED DEAD BALL AND BATTER OUT.
2. TIME WILL BE CALLED WHEN THE BALL CROSSES THE HALF WAY POINT ON THE INFIELD EXCEPT FOR PLAYS AT HOME AND SHALL BE AT AND IN THE ABSOLUTE JUDGEMENT AND DISCRETION OF THE UMPIRE.
3. ONCE TIME IS CALLED, RUNNERS THAT ARE MORE THAN HALF WAY TO THE NEXT BASE WILL BE ADVANCED TO THAT BASE AND RUNNERS LESS THAN HALF WAY WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE LAST BASE OCCUPIED AND SHALL BE AT THE ABSOLUTE JUDGEMENT AND DISCRETION OF THE UMPIRE.
4. 55 MINUTE TIME LIMIT AND NO NEW INNING STARTS AFTER EXPIRATION OF TIME BASED ON THE CLOCK MAINTAINED BY THE UMPIRE.
5. THE OFFICIAL CLOCK BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE UMPIRE COACHES PRE GAME MEETING HAS ENDED AND WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE UMPIRE.
6. THE PITCHER CANNOT MAKE A FORCE OUT AT ANY BASE.  THE PITCHER CAN ONLY TAG THE RUNNER IN THE BASE PATH OR RECEIVE THE BALL AT THE BASE.
7.  ONCE A BASE RUNNER ENTERS THE CIRCLE AT HOME ONLY THE CATCHER CAN MAKE THE OUT.

9. THE NUMBER OF OUTS IS OF NO CONSEQUENCE, THE LINEUP CONTINUES TO BAT WITH RUNNERS IN THE POSITIONS EVEN AFTER THREE OUTS MADE.  THE LAST BATTER OF THE LINEUP RETURNS TO FIRST BASE IF IN THE PRIOR INNING THE BATTER SUCCESSFULLY REACHED AND REMAINED ON ANY BASE.

PROTESTS ARE HANDLED AS FOLLOWS:
THE PROTESTING COACH AT THE TIME OF THE PROTEST MUST GIVE $100 CASH TO THE UMPIRE PRIOR TO PRESENTING PROTEST.  DECISION MADE DURING GAME, ONLY, AT TIME OF PROTEST LODGED FOR AGE, PITCHING VIOLATION AND RULE INTERPRETATION ONLY. UIC, ONLY AFTER PROTEST HAS BEEN LODGED AND $100 POSTED WILL THE UMPIRE STOP THE TIME.  PROTEST MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO SUBSEQUENT PITCH AND FAILURE TO DO SO RESULTS IN AN IMPROPER PROTEST. TOURNAMENT AND SITE DIRECTORS WILL RENDER DECISION. ONCE GAME OVER THE PROTEST OPPORTUNITY IS LOST.  PITCHING PROTESTS MUST BE MADE AT AND DURING THE TIME OF THE INFRACTION. NO AFTER GAME PROTESTS ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR ROSTER AND ELIGIBILITY VIOLATIONS.  


ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE.

ANY TEAM THAT WITHDRAWS AFTER PAYING AN EVENT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT WILL NOT BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND AT WITHDRAWAL.  THERE WILL BE A $175.00 FEE FOR ALL SOLD OUT EVENTS AND $75.00 FOR ANY EVENT NOT SOLD OUT.   THERE WILL BE NO REFUND GIVEN IN ANY EVENT ONCE THE BRACKETS HAVE BEEN DRAWN.  RUIDOSO SELLS OUT 10-12 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START AND THERE ARE ROOM COSTS THAT VENDORS DO NOT REFUND.  A TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR MAY DECIDE ON WHETHER TO EXTEND CREDIT FOR A FUTURE EVENT BUT IS NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO.  IF A TEAM IS SUBSTITUTED FOR ANOTHER TEAM THAT SUBSTITUTED TEAM WILL TAKE THE GAME SCHEDULE SPOT OF THE DROPPING TEAM EVEN IF THE DROPPING TEAM IS ONE OF THE FIRST 10 PAID IN RUIDOSO SINCE THE SCHEDULES WILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE.  THERE WILL NOT BE ADVANCEMENT OF THE 11TH PAID TEAM OR SUBSEQUENTLY FOLLOWING TEAMS TO THE HIGHER EARLIER SPOT.

GAME REQUESTS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY EMAIL BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

THE CRITERIA USED ARE A) IF PAID, B) PRIOR PAID REQUESTS, C) FIELD LIMITATIONS, D) COMPETING CLASSIFICATIONABSOLUTELY NO TIME REQUESTS FOR :

WORLD SERIES, RUIDOSO KING OF THE MOUNTAIN, HALLOWEEN SCREAM OR TXW OR NM STATE TOURNAMENTS.

FORFEITS: ANY TEAM THAT FORFEITS A POOL GAME WILL BE PLACED LAST IN THE POOL STANDINGS AND SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP ELIMINATION BRACKET NO MATTER THE RECORD. IF A FORFEITING TEAM CONTINUES PLAY, EACH PLAYER ON THE ROSTER WILL BE CHARGED AT THE FORFEITED GAME WITH 3 OUTS FOR THAT GAME. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED OR GIVEN.
