NIT MEANS WORLD SERIES QUALIFIER.

ROSTERS WILL FREEZE AT THE RECEIPT OF ANY WORLD BERTH OR SUPER NIT BERTH BUT OVERALL WILL BEGIN 6/1/2013  SUBJECT TO AND
Under two situations:
1)  a team receives a World Series Berth at an NIT or Super NIT which automatically requires the roster to be frozen
AT TIME OF BERTH; or
2)  playing in any event on or after 5/1/2013 and receiving a State or World berth;
3) State berths are awarded TO ALL LEAGUE TEAMS and TOP 6 TEAMS per classification and if a team has a berth the subsequent winning berth is passed down to the next place team;
 4) World Series berths at any NIT are awarded to the top 2 Majors, 2 AAA and 4 AA teams and if a team has a berth the subsequent winning berth is passed down to the next place team that participates; and
5) A Global WS NIT awards the top 6 teams berths.

ANY TEAM USING A PLAYER THAT IS ON A SUSPENDED TEAMS ROSTER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DEEMED AN ILLEGAL TEAM AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY CAUSE THE TEAM TO BE SUSPENDED THROUGH 7/31/2013 AND THE COACHES SUSPENDED THROUGH 7/31/2013.  TEAMS ARE CHARGED WITH KNOWING THE USSSA RULES AND LOCAL RULES AS A RESPONSIBILITY OF COACHING
